The Devil’s Gate opened and, quite literally, all hell broke loose. Sam died. Dean sold his soul to bring him back but is it the real Sam? Dean’s year is running out and, with an apocalyptic war brewing, can Sam save the world and his brother? If not, who will he choose?

Hunters are preparing for the fight that looks to be futile. No one knows what exactly escaped the gate that night but the forces of Good know they are greatly outnumbered. Alliances are being forged on both sides, trying to strengthen their lines. What side will you choose? Who will you save? Who will you kill?

What are you willing to sacrifice for the greater good?

 Song Stuck in my Head(Dante)
« Thread Started on Sept 14, 2009, 11:52pm »

A police car with its sirens wailing in the quiet midnight air passed right by Ajia as she made her way into the dark and cold alleyway. With her ice cold hands stuffed in her pockets, she slowly made her way into the moon lit alleyway. Paying no attention what so ever to her surroundings. Something was on her mind. More like someone. It was just like a song stuck in her head. Can't get it out no matter what you do. Listen to a different song and maybe, just maybe, you'll be lucky to get that old song out. But no, Ajia has tried nearly everything, she can't get this particular person out of her mind. He was just so handsome. So kind. Even if he was a hunter, he was different.

Ajia coughed. Her body system was still very much tainted with Dead Man's Blood from either Ms. Foxi or from Christy. Either way, Ajia was very ill. Still in pain, she very much needing to just lie down. But being a vampire, she felt that she needed to be up and out like every vampire out there. Not hiding somewhere where there is absolutely no fun. If a one of her kind was in hiding, what is the point of being a vampire? It felt like the flu, maybe a really bad fever, or maybe even both combined times ten. More like times a hundred. Whatever it was, Ajia needed to stay strong.

Her footsteps echoed, bouncing off the walls. She did not know where she's going. Nor does she intend on finding out. Maybe just finding a spot on the wall and bathe in the moonlight would make her feel better. Clear her mind of everything, including him. It can never happen. A hunter who kills everything including vampires. A vampire who will kill anyone who pose a threat. In this situation, 2 plus 2 does not equal 4.

The night was growing old when Dante got out of the Stigma. Many thoughts were whirling around his head, the chaos in the club for one thing; Ajia, the mysterious beautiful bartender was another. Dante shivered slightly as he left his Jacket and was only wearing a thin tank top.

He walked out into the dimly lit alley way, looking around not knowing what to expect. He stopped and lit a cigarette, slowly inhaling the toxic fumes. He waited for a moment before dropping the lifeless butt into a puddle.

Dante turned to the main exit just in time to see the shadow of a graceful woman walk by the wall, Dante followed it, shivering slighty. He had a quick pace, trying to catch up to here.

Ajia scanned the walls to look for a decent enough place to sit. She was careful to skip puddles in fear of ruining her shoes. While concentrating on dodging the muddy stains, she heard a pair of footsteps that were not moving in sync with her own. Ajia looked back at the direction she came from and saw no one, but that was only because she was very ill to have full control over her sences. Ajia tried her hardest to listen carefully for the footsteps. Of what she can make out, the steps were way to fast for any normal human pace. Ajia's eyes widen and she stepped back into the shadows. If it was something supernatural or a hunter with great experience, they pose a greater threat to Ajia now that she is ill and not in the best shape to defend herself. She could not smell like a vampire at the moment which posed as a dangerous inconvienience. She could not smell for what species it was or if she was acquainted with this person or walking spirit.

Ajia looked around her to find some sort of means of hiding. Finally, her eyes settled upon a dumpster that was right underneathe a fire escape. Immedietly she took off in a run and hopped onto the dumpster and jumped up to grab hold of the ladder. Ajia barely got the last step of ladder. She heaved herself up and climbed up the ladder to the first level. She sat there feeling sore from doing much work without her vampire powers. Ajia stayed still and waited for whoever is following her to show his, hers, or its face.

Dante heard a sudden skittish burst of movement; a bang, a clatter and several clangs. He kept going at a steady pace, not wanting to make a fool of himself or be mistaken for an attacker. Dante's pace was ruined when he stepped in several puddles. He swore to himself, looking at his ruined jeans, then grumbled and moved forward until he reached a dumpster under a fire escape. He looked around, the noise had stopped, he couldn't even hear Ajia breathe.

Stopping on the spot he looked around, he spotted a fire escape and stared at it, it was too dark to make out whether or not someone was on it, but he climbed up slowly just to make sure. He slowly rised to the top of the fire escape and looked around, wondering if he was hallucinating or if he had actually heard the ever so illusive bar tender.

Ajia cursed. Obviously her attempts at staying illusive and stealth was an epic fail. The person that was following her most likely, without a doubt, heard the vampire as if she was human. Ajia stood back, nearly sitting on the cold iron railing, as she heard the distinct footsteps of the person walk underneathe her. The footsteps stopped.

The dumpster creaked as weight settled on top of it. Ajia drew out her fangs, ready to attack if needed. A hand shown on the top of the latter with the moonlight shining down on it. Slowly, a man, big and muscular comes up. He was bald and very familiar.

Ajia lurched forward for an attack, but once the man's face registered in her mind, she stopped immedietly. She was in total shock, and never has she been shocked before, oh how she hated Dead Man's Blood with a burning, pure passion. She did not withdraw her fangs, just in case Dante, who she now knows is a hunter, wants to behead her. "Dante?!"

Dante slowly heaved himself up the ladder, ignoring the pains in his side, chest and back. He went up slowly to not startle who ever was up there. When he reached the top he saw the shape of something lurching at him. Dante let go of one of the ladder rungs and dropped a few feet to safety. When he was not chased, he reached behind his back and gripped the tanto that was tucked in his waist line, slowly pulling it out.

He reached the top again, looking at the woman, she called his name with a familiar melodic voice. It was Ajia, Dante held the blade behind his back, not wanting to make her afraid or assume that he was a psychopath. It was dark, Dante swore he saw what looked like fangs, but thought it was his mind playing tricks on him. It wouldn't have been the first time.

"Ajia...what are you doing up here. Why aren't you ba..."

Dante's words were cut short as her face came into the light, it was indeed Ajia, and those were indeed fangs in her mouth. Dante didn't let the reaction hit his face, instead he slowly climbed up the ladder, keeping his heart rate steady as best as he could. It was an old trick to mess up a lie detection test in interrogation. He acted like he did not see her fangs, when he got on the landing he stepped back to the railing and watched her. She was definitely a vampire, but something was making him wonder. If she wanted to feed on him why did she not hide in a better possition and strike him while he was unaware of her presence. Dante decided to proceed with caution, keeping his blade at bay.

"Nice teeth..."

He pretended to be oblivious to the existence of vampires and all other things supernatural. It was a devils gambit, standing in an enclosed place with a predator that could easily shove him to his death or rip him to shreds.
