She's not interested in the altruistic, obsessed, or filled with revenge. Bela is only interested in making a quick buck. She's in it for herself. She's the type of character Sam and Dean have never come across before, and she stuns them with her look on life. She has a nonchalant attitude about stopping supernatural forces, with far more excitement around running off with whatever mythical object Sam and Dean are currently using. She's got dark skeletons in her closet and finds it hard to say sorry. She thinks she can throw money at anything and it'll go away, and she's also never afraid to double cross someone.

Ruby is the blonde feisty demon you probably wouldn’t want to get on the wrong side of. Ruby was a witch many centuries ago and still remains a small amount of the humanity she once knew. Ruby still remembers her life as a human and so it holds her onto the side of good; which is how anyone would see her. Ruby breaks the stereotype for demon, proving that maybe they’re not all bad and that some could actually be helpful. Ruby knows her stuff on Sam Winchester; possibly more than Sam himself knows. This girl is complex to say the least but she can really shake things up.

This particular demon is given immense strength, physically and supernaturally, and dark red eyes. Purely evil, the demon also is very sarcastic and loves to play on people's emotions, making them feel extreme guilt and/or fear. Its main purpose of existence is to make bargains with desperate people in exchange for their souls. In order to summon a Crossroads Demon, one must find a crossroads and dig a hole in the dead center, putting in a box with their picture and an assortment of other items which help to bring it into this world. The demon prefers to inhabit the bodies of strikingly attractive women who appeal to the men making the deals. However, it is presumed that if a woman was to ever make a deal with the Crossroads Demon, it would appear as a handsome man which would cater to the woman's desires.

The demon Lilith is one of the most infamous in demonology. In ancient Hebrew tradition Lilith is depicted as Adam's first companion, created equally to Adam from the dust of the earth. In medieval Europe, Lilith was variously the wife, concubine or grandmother of Satan. According to Hebrew tradition, the Lilin are Lilith's daughters and are dangerous demonic entities, considered in Hebraic writings to be the children born to Lilith after her escape from the garden of Eden. In Islamic tradition, once Lilith left Adam and joined with Shaitan/Iblis, their children became the djinn, humanoid creatures created from smokeless fire. The etymology of 'Lilith' strongly points towards an association with night and with air, and later translations of the Bible have referred to Lilith as a 'screech owl.'

Lilith was released from the depths of hell when the devils gate was opened and has made it her mission to bring down Sam and Dean.

Samantha Ferris

Ellen is an old acquaintance of John Winchester's, but before his death hadn't spoken to him for a long time. She ran a saloon called Harvelle's Roadhouse in Nebraska which was frequented by hunters. She is the widow of Bill Harvell and mother to Jo. Four months prior to his death, Ellen leaves a voicemail message on John's phone saying she can help him with the demon. Sam retrieves the message and the boys travel to the Roadhouse. Ellen explains that she knew John and that he was "was like family once." While waiting for Ash to analyze John's information on the Yellow-Eyed Demon, Ellen passes on to the boys a case she was "saving for a friend". Sam speculates as to whether Ellen and John ever "you know", but Dean thinks not. After the boys kills the Rakshasa, they return to the Roadhouse where Ash has set up a computerised demon tracking system. Ellen invites the boys to stay, but they decline and return to Bobby's. Ellen is trying to prevent Jo from hunting on her own, but even though Ellen gives the case to Sam and Dean, Jo sneaks off and joins them. Despite getting Ash to help her cover her tracks, Ellen works out that Jo is in Philadelphia with the Winchesters. When she rings, Dean confesses that Jo has being kidnapped by the spirit of Dr. H.H. Holmes. Ellen flies out to Philly, and after Jo is rescued drives back in the Impala with Sam, Dean and Jo. Back at the Roadhouse, Ellen reveals to Jo that her father was killed while hunting with John Winchester.

During the time when the specials went missing; it would appear Ash had worked out more than he should have known and before Dean could retrieve this information demons attacked the roadhouse. Ellen turns up at the roadhouse and explains that she was gettin pretzels when it happened. Ellen helped significantly in helping shut the devils gate.

Alona Tal

Jo lost her father at a very young age; famously saying she was still in pig tails when her father died. Her mother always kept her very much sheltered from the supernatural world, not allowing her to hunt and always keeping an eye on her. Jo made money by gambling and beating hunters at arcade games. Sam and Dean walked in on Jo arguing with her mother about wanting to go on a hunt. Sam and Dean took the case but Jo turned up. After getting herself kidnapped and being rescued by Sam and Dean and an awkard car journey with the boys and her mother Jo got a confession out of her mother in regards to her fathers death, that Ellen felt John Winchester was responsible.

After this Jo left and ended up in Minnesota. When Sam became possessed he tracked Jo down, tying her up and taunting her. Dean later saves Jo saying he'll call her, and she just responds no you wont.

Loretta Devine

Missouri is a psychic, she is based in Lawrence Kansas, and is a long time acquaintance of John Winchester. Feisty with a sharp tongue but good as what she does. Missouri is not a horrible person, and sometimes will tell people what they want to hear, rather than the truth just to ensure the peace, however she knows when she needs to be serious. She has already helped the boys out before and could prove handy in the future.
